Overall it was perfectly clean and everything was superb.
We had a luxury stay in Gateshead just next door to the garden and the Beamish museum. Excellant service too. Beautifully designed and beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds. The breakfast was sensational and there was a good choice of food. This quiet apartment had a handy location.

As a woman staying on my own, I felt very safe. The welcome was very good indeed after a long journey, and the feel of the hotel was wonderful. Comfortable bed, excellent food and very friendly but not over familiar. First trip to Gateshead, but would be my first option on my next visit without a doubt.

I came across this hotel by accident when all the slightly cheaper hotels were fully booked. Well what a happy accident. It was just lovely. The staff were very freindly and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and the food was superb and excellent value for money, This is an accident I will repeat if ever I am u this way again.

I was made to feel very welcome. Room service was excellent. The room overlooked a garden and trees. Despite being near to Gateshead and Newcastle the surroundings and the hotel itself were peaceful -it was just what I needed.

Amazing stay in the gardens
I stayed for one night in a fantastic room with a killer garden view. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was gorgeous. Breakfast was fresh, loved the eggs! Only thing was the bar area could've had more drink options. Otherwise, great place and super chill ambiance.

perfect spot for weekend exploring and park views
The staff were friendly and the lounge has an elegant and cozy vibe, made for a perfect gathering spot after a day of sightseeing. The short walk to the baltic centre for contemporary art was a good highlight of my stay.

We arrived late and were seen to our room. Very friendly reception. Room was well furnitured. Breakfast was very good.
The bed: the mattress was awful and the pillows too. If the bed would have been good as anything else then it would have been perfect and excellent overall.
